SillyCore.store is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, adverse weather, or any other circumstances outside our control. Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will work with Printify to arrange a replacement or resolution.
Refunds, where issued, are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
