Everything you need to know about how your order gets made and delivered.
All VERO orders are printed and fulfilled by Printify, a print-on-demand service. Each item is made to order — meaning nothing is produced until you place your order. This keeps quality high and waste low. Fulfillment and shipping is handled end-to-end by Printify and their network of print providers.
Every item is made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is shipped. This varies by product type and print provider location.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
After production, standard shipping within the UK and EU typically takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
We ship worldwide. International delivery (outside UK/EU) typically takes 10–20 business days after production. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the buyer's responsibility.
Because each item is made to order, we don't accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll replace it or issue a refund. Contact us with a photo within 14 days of delivery.
Your payment is processed securely through Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
Your order is automatically sent to Printify's production network. A print provider local to you is selected to minimise shipping time.
Your item is printed, quality-checked, and packaged. This is where the actual garment or product comes to life.
Your parcel is handed to the shipping carrier. You'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.
From order to delivery: allow 5–14 business days for UK/EU, and 14–28 business days for international orders. Production time (2–7 days) plus shipping time (3–7 days domestic, 10–20 days international).
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. After that, production may have already started and we may not be able to cancel. Contact us as quickly as possible at greelythegreywolf@gmail.com.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Each product page includes size information. Our hoodies run with a slightly relaxed fit — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Because items are made to order, we can't exchange for size, so please check before ordering.
For orders outside the UK/EU, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are separate from our prices. We have no control over them.
